The level of service was notable, with a friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable. the restaurant, led by Chef Luis, offered delicious vegetarian options upon request, showcasing a commitment to catering to diverse preferences. While the hotel is still finding its footing, particularly in terms of room service options and additional vegetarian dishes, the overall ambiance and attention to detail make it a standout choice in Bacalar. the seamless blend of nature, relaxation, and personalized service make Puerta Del Cielo Hotel Origen a solid choice for travelers seeking a balance of luxury and value.
